We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange an order please make sure you’ve read our conditions below:

• If the order does not match the requested item, you can refuse to accept the entire order without paying shipping fees.
• If the order matches the requested item but you don’t want it anymore, you can refuse to accept it but you will have to pay the shipping fees.
• Even after receipt, you can exchange or return the item, but you will have to bear the shipping costs.

Return/exchange requests must meet the following conditions:
